There’s so much information out there about what certain foods do what to you. And when you are suffering with digestive problems such as constipation, stomach pains and bloating, it’s easy to think that taking some pills will solve it all.
It’s confusing isn’t it? That’s why I offer these personalised programmes to people like you.
I can take you by the hand and show you which foods will make you feel healthier, how to prepare and cook them, as well provide recipes and weekly food planners for both you and your family.
Over the years, I found that just giving you the information can feel overwhelming. This is why these programmes are designed to support you throughout the changes you want to make - giving you opportunities to ask questions and get really clear about what it is you need to do.
Making changes often takes great motivation and commitment which for most doesn’t happen overnight! Habits of a lifetime will test you so by me gentle nudge I can keep you from loosing focus and encourage at difficult times. I provide various ways that help you achieve your desired goals which is why all your sessions will be face-to-face and you will be supported by phone and email, depending on which option you prefer. You can either come to me, or I can come to you. What ever is easier for you.
Here are your options
Option One: Kick-Start Session
This one-off session is a great way to kick-start your new eating habits.
Great for people who are a little nervous about dietary changes and want to “dip their toes in the water” or for those of who just want a quick MOT to tweak your eating habits and discover new foods and ways of cooking them.
What’s included:
- Over-view of your genetic history, childhood history, physical health, emotional health and spiritual health
- Check in with any body ailments, mind sets and belief systems – your feelings and internal blocks to your real true passions can have a lot to do with how you are allowing your food to be digested
- Suggestions on possible supplementation, if appropriate
- Recommendations of appropriate naturopathic techniques to aid in detoxing and releasing toxins
Your investment for this one-off session is £50
Option Two:
For most of you reading this, the changes you want to make will take a little longer to implement which is why a longer term support is made available to you.
This is a three month programme where we meet once a month for three months, including telephone and email support between your sessions.
The first session follows the agenda of the Kick-Start session above and then follows with:
- Suggested recipes and ingredients, including where to source them
- Food diary to help you create new eating patterns easily
You will also receive:
- Fortnightly 20 minute phone session to make sure you being kept on track
- Plus email support so you can ask me any questions or queries throughout the week.
Your investment for this three month programme is £95 a month
Option Three:
For those of you who really want to want to go for it and have slightly more serious digestive problems, a longer term programme may be what’s needed.
This is a six month programme where we meet once a month for six months, including telephone and email support between your sessions.
As before, you start with the kick-start session and also receive:
- Weekly 20 minute phone session to give you as much support as you need
- Email support between your sessions
- Plus a practical one hour kitchen session where you can be shown techniques such as juicing, sprouting and preparing raw food recipes
Your investment for this six month programme is £150 a month

Karina gave me lots of ideas in my practical food session. Her ingredients were varied and some of the grains I had not come across before. I gained an insight into hands-on making of fresh juices, smoothies, snacks, main courses – all of which I made myself with the guidance of Karina.
